  • KP3 is for everyone — whether you're training for Hyrox, running your first 5K, or just trying to feel better and move more. You don’t need to be fit to get tested. In fact, testing early can help you build smarter habits from the start.

  • Each session includes pre-test guidance, the full testing procedure (RMR or VO₂ Max), and a clear breakdown of your results — plus a personalized takeaway so you know exactly what to do next.

  • You’ll get prep instructions before your session. In general:

    • RMR: Fast for 8–12 hours and avoid exercise beforehand

    • VO₂ Max: Bring workout clothes, hydration, and be ready to push for 10–15 minutes

  • Testing is mobile — we come to you. Whether it's your home gym, garage, or a training space, we set up quickly and deliver lab-grade results in your environment.

  • Nope! We bring all necessary equipment. If you have your own treadmill or bike, we can use it — otherwise, we’ll use ours.

  • Most clients re-test every 2–3 months, especially if they’re training for a specific event or want to track changes over time. Regular testing helps refine your training and avoid plateaus.

  • We’ll discuss that before we schedule any test or program. Testing is safe for most people, and everything can be tailored based on your needs. If necessary, we’ll consult with your healthcare provider.

  • We don’t guess — we test. Everything we do is built on your individual physiology, not cookie-cutter plans. Plus, we bring it to you, saving time and keeping it flexible.
