Supplements I use daily

  • Creatine Monohydrate

    You don’t need anything fancy - the old school & inexpensive creatine monohydrate is the good stuff. It will saturate muscle cells 100% w/ phosphocreatine.

  • Essential Amino Acids

    Protein gets broken down into amino acids which are then used throughout the body for numerous things. Amino acids can also be converted to glucose, so supplementing w/ EAAs can help provide some energy while maintaining a fast.

  • Electrolytes

    We need much more sodium than the FDA recommended 2,300 mg/day. Research shows 4000-6000 mg/day is the ideal salt intake for optimal health outcomes. Start your day w/ saltwater!

  • Whey Protein

    It’s the most bioavailable (easily absorbed) protein there is. You don’t need anything too fancy but Hydrolyzed > Isolated > Concentrated in terms of bioavailability & generally price too. Always buy from a trusted source

  • Fish oil w/ epa & dha

    You can’t really get too much so take a HIGH DOSE! I take ~3 g/day

  • Multivitamin
